You can integrate Gorgias help centre with Manifest to seamlessly create tickets when the customers is asking for help.
Once the AI is not able to resolve a particular user query, the manifest bot will provide an option for customers to create a ticket on gorgias for your agents to follow up with the customer later.
To enable Gorgias you need the following information
Sub Domain : The domain of your gorgias help center
Once you have this information, we can go to the integrations section and enable the integration
Once you have added the integration, please go to the agent handover section and select the handover to be Gorgias amongst other options
That's it the integration should be live for you! Now once a customer asks for an agent, we will collect their email and create a ticket with the customer conversation.
