ZenDesk and Manifest
Once your ZenDesk is integrated with Manifest AI, requests for human agents would be handled via ZenDesk.
When a customer wants to speak with a live agent, Manifest AI would collect the email of your customer and create a ticket on ZenDesk.
This ticket will include relevant conversation history of the customer so that your agents have context of what the customer is looking for. Your agents can view these tickets on ZenDesk & then respond to them accordingly.
Your customers would also receive the ticket ID for their reference to continue the conversation.
