Entry Point & Embed Analytics in Manifest

Manifest provides detailed analytics to help you understand how your entry points and embeds are performing—specifically, how they drive engagement and contribute to conversions. These analytics are tracked session-wise, based on a newly introduced 24-hour visitor session logic called visitorSession.

With this feature, you can easily measure how different touchpoints—such as the avatar, AI buttons, smart facts, or out-of-stock prompts—are influencing user behavior, engagement, and sales.


Where to See the Analytics?

Follow these steps to access Entry Point and Embed analytics in your Manifest dashboard:

  1. Go to the Analytics tab in the Manifest dashboard.

  2. Click on the 'Manifest Features' tab.

  3. Under the 'Entry Point' section, you'll find analytics for entry triggers like the avatar, Ask AI button, and AI floating bar.

  4. Under the 'Embeds' section, you can view analytics for AI embeds like Smart Facts, Size Guide, AI Shopping Assistant, and more.

  5. Use the date filter at the top to select the time range for which you want to view analytics.


How It Works?

Analytics are split into two main types:

Entry Point Analytics

Tracks performance for entry points like:

  • Avatar

  • Ask AI Button

  • AI Floating Bar

Embed Analytics

Tracks performance for AI embeds like:

  • AI Smart Facts

  • AI Knowledge Buttons (e.g., "Ask me anything", "Size Guide AI")

  • AI Shopping Page

  • Out of Stock Prompts

  • AI Shopping Assistant


Metrics Tracked:

Each entry point or embed type includes the following key metrics, calculated per visitor session:

Entry Point / Embed Name

Displays the name of the entry point or embed being analyzed.

Customers Shown

Number of unique visitors who saw the entry point or embed in a session.

Customers Engaged

Number of visitors who interacted with Manifest via the entry point or embed.

Engagement Rate (%)

(Customers Engaged / Customers Shown) × 100

Added to Cart

Number of “Add to Cart” actions taken after engaging with the entry point or embed.

Add to Cart (%)

(Added to Cart / Customers Engaged) × 100

Total Cart Value

Sum of cart values from sessions where users engaged via the entry point or embed.

Checked Out

Number of completed checkout events per session.

Checkout (%)

(Checked Out / Customers Engaged) × 100

Total Checkout Completed Value

Sum of order values from completed checkouts per session.

These insights help you identify which interactions lead to real conversions, allowing you to optimize customer engagement and drive revenue effectively.

A visitor session is defined as a 24-hour period tied to a unique visitor on your storefront. All interactions during this period are grouped into a single session.

2. How do I access these analytics?

Navigate to the Analytics tab → Select 'Manifest Features' → Choose either the Entry Point or Embeds tab. Use the date filter to narrow down data.

3. Can I export or share this data?

Currently, export functionality isn't available. All data can be reviewed within the Manifest dashboard.
