Once the Manifest AI widget is published on your Shopify store, the Home Page Analytics dashboard becomes available. This dashboard offers insights into how Manifest AI is performing across key business metrics such as Sales, Customer Support, Engagement, Conversion Rate, and Add to Cart Rate.


Sales Analytics:

Track how Manifest contributes to your store’s revenue.

  • Sales Made by Manifest: Total sales generated after customers interacted with Manifest AI.

  • Total Store Sales: Overall sales including both Manifest-influenced and other sales.

  • Contribution to Total Sales (%): Percentage of total store revenue influenced by Manifest.

Customer Support Analytics:

Understand how Manifest AI reduces agent load and resolves queries.

  • Total Queries Raised: Number of customer sessions where Manifest AI was engaged.

  • Queries Solved Without Human Intervention: Sessions resolved fully by Manifest without needing a human agent.

  • % Reduction in Agent Efforts: Percentage of queries resolved by Manifest AI without escalating to a live agent.

Engagement Analytics:

Measure how often visitors engage with the AI assistant.

  • Visitor Sessions with Manifest Interaction: Sessions where users actively interacted with Manifest.
