Think of AI nudges as friendly prompts for your customers. Want to personalize them for different products? Here's how:
On your Manifest AI dashboard, navigate to the ‘AI nudges’ tab on the left panel.
Click on the ‘Product page welcome nudge’.
You’ll find the different message types available which can be used to nudge your customers.
Under text messages, we have one type of message which is dynamically generated for each product separately - ‘Conversation starters’.
Select ‘Conversation starters’ as the message type in order to send different conversation starters based on the product being viewed by your customers.
