You can now provide direct feedback on conversations handled by AI. This helps us continuously improve response quality and accuracy.
Providing Feedback:
You can leave feedback on a conversation in two ways:
Positive Feedback (Thumbs Up):
Add a feedback comment and/or additional comment (up to 500 characters).
At least one of these fields is required to submit.Negative Feedback (Thumbs Down):
Along with a feedback comment and/or additional comment, you can also select one or more unsatisfactory messages from the list of AI responses.
At least one of the three (feedback comment, additional comment, or selected message) is required.
Improve Response Modal:
After submitting feedback (positive or negative), the Improve Response modal will appear for the latest message in the conversation. This modal displays:
The AI message.
The identified intent.
Training insights, such as how many data sources are linked to that intent.
You’ll also see two options:
Add Relevant Data – Navigates to the Data Sources page to improve training.
I Don’t Want to Improve – Closes the modal.
How to Provide Feedback:
Go to the Inbox in the Manifest dashboard.
Select the conversation you want to review.
Scroll to the bottom of the chat to find the prompt:
"Please share your feedback about this conversation."Click on the thumbs up (👍) or thumbs down (👎) icon.
Add your Feedback Comment or Additional Comment (One is mandatory).
If the feedback is negative, you’ll also see a list of AI-generated messages. Select one or more unsatisfactory messages and provide your reason.
After submitting feedback, the Improve Response modal will appear (for the latest message).
Choose:
Add relevant data – Redirects to the Data Sources page.
I don't want to improve – Closes the modal.
What Happens After Feedback?
All feedback, positive or negative, is reviewed.
If negative:
The team investigates incorrect information.
Improvements are made to data sources or AI training where necessary.

Negative feedback is analyzed to:
Identify wrong or misleading responses.
Update the training data or data sources.
Improve overall AI accuracy.
2) Can I give feedback on every conversation?
Yes, you can provide feedback on each individual conversation using thumbs up or thumbs down icons.
3) Can I select multiple unsatisfactory messages?
Yes, you can select one or more AI messages that were unsatisfactory.
